Are my rings gone?

I just got back from FL and I'm burning alot of oil, smoking at idle or any time the cars in high vacuum, stalling every time the car comes to a stop and there is alot of blow by. Before I left for spring break the car was burning alittle oil and the #1 plug was alittle black but nothing major. After I got to FL its 10x worse, like 1 qt of 10w 40 every 100 miles of interstate travel and I had to go 1 step hotter than factory for the #1 plug because it was fouling out all the time. I couldn't even drive the car down there because it smoked so bad but I did have to drive it home stopping every 150 to fill up on oil.

The only time I was hard on the car was flying through NC above the speed limit( no problems) and I messed with a civic in Georgia. But with the civic I down shifted from 5th to 4th and stepped on it but it felt like the car missed so I just up shifted and kept going and really didn't think anything about it.

Anything is possible!!! Do a Compression test or a CLT test and you question will answer itself. I hope you didn't blow it up. Good luck man

Well I'm going to be pulling the motor and tearing it down soon. Are there any parts you guys recommend as far as head gaskets, rings, valves and springs go?
The motor only has 80,000 miles one it but since I have it out should I just rebuild the whole bottom end even if it?s not in need of a rebuild yet? What do the bearings typically look like on a normal use GSR motor with this many miles? I know this is a hard question to answer but I'm just trying to get an idea of what parts I need and how much money.
